Jeffrey James D.C.,D.A.C.N.B.
Dr. James is the clinic Director of Dr. Jeffrey D. James & Associates. Dr. James has been in practice for over 23 years in the Los Angeles area, and is a board certified chiropractic neurologist. Less then 1% of his profession share that designation. Along with several years of post graduate training in neurology, he has spent hundreds more hours of post graduate training in functional endocrinology, blood chemistry, neurotransmitters, autoimmune disorders as well as thyroid disorders. Dr. James has also completed a post graduate fellowship program in neurochemistry and nutrition, as well as vestibular rehabilitation disorders . With his dedication to furthering his knowledge in science based functional care, he primarily treats those patients who have not found their health returned in the traditional medical model, or have gotten lost in the "alternative" health model. With his specialized training he now offers hope to those who have been told that there is nothing to do but manage their "condition" . He has a particular passion for helping patients recover their health, reduce their pain, and improve their lives where other methods have previously failed. You can listen to Dr. James every Saturday on KTLK Am1150, where he can be found discussing issues ranging from Spinal stenosis, Sciatica, neck and back pain, herniated disc solutions, as well as diabetes, autoimmune disorders, and neuropathy. Dr. James has appeared in numerous media outlets from KFI, KLOS,KLSX KABC. and The Los Angeles Times. In addition, he has appeared on Dateline, and Geraldo. He was recently nominated as "Best Alternative Medicine" practice 2010 in west Los Angeles by KCAL 9.
Dr. Abe Grosswasser D.C.
Dr. Abe Grosswasser has been in practice for over ten years, with an extensive background in spinal decompression therapy in his offices on the East Coast. Dr. Grosswasser was a sought after consultant to many other practices looking to incorporate spinal decompression into their practices. He also spent several years in Italy treating thousands of patients. He brings to our a practice a very bright clinical mind, a great heart and a passion for getting people truly well. Dr Grosswasser is the treating doctor for many of our spinal decompression patients, and oversees the department.
Leslie Tobias
Leslie has been with us for over a year helping our patients as a rehabilitation specialist. She is currently studying to sit for her doctor of physical therapy examination. We are excited to have her as part of our team, and look forward to celebrating her passing her examination with flying colors!
David Elliott
David Elliott has been treating patients as a nutritionist for a quarter century. He was one the lead nutrition consultants for the fastest growing neutriceutical company in the U. S. where he was hired to train other doctors in this new burgeoning field. David helps in the treating of our functional medicine patients, including diabetics, and thyroid patients as well as our pain patients. David has a wealth of knowledge and a heart of caring to match.
Danielle Lilly
Danielle has been with Dr. James for over 7.5 years. She started working with Dr. James thinking she would eventually get a job in a hospital and fell in love with helping people naturally as she saw the huge changes in patients lives here. She came to us from Philadelphia via West Virginia University where she was an NCAA champion Gymnast and got her degree in health administration. She says balance beam was her best event, and it still is. Danielle is the office manager who manages to keep everything balanced for patients and her doctors alike. She is the head cheerleader, and whip cracker and manages to keep all the plates spinning while maintaining a great attitude and smile. She\\\'s a rabid Eagles fan, who\\\'s especially happy when her beloved birds win on Sundays!
Camille Hayes
Camille has been with us for over 2.5 years and is our head administrative manager. She maintains the back office sanity so that the office runs efficiently and smoothly and helps to make us all look good. She can also be found doing double duty helping patients at the front desk, going over test kits or handling any number of administrative issues. She\\\'s also our head go to IT person-- it seems she can do it all. She enjoys run club every week, and never forgets to invite our staff along who are resolutely intimidated. On weekends, she can be found donating her time at various organizations helping with wild life rescue-- a particular passion of hers.
